More reasons for optimism: Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was able to move his left limbs, medical sources familiar with the situation told Ynet Tuesday morning.
On Monday, the ailing PM reacted to pain for the first time since he was sedated and was also able to move his right limbs. Tuesday, he also reacted to stimulation of his left side and slightly moved his left arm and leg, the sources said. Close Sharon associates confirmed the report.

Waiting for Sharon to wake up: Doctors to continue process of rousing prime minister Tuesday morning in effort to gauge damage caused to his brain, limbs. Hospital says Sharon's condition remains unchanged
Early Tuesday, a Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital spokesman said the prime minister is still in serious but stable condition. Meanwhile, doctors again lowered the dosage of sedative drugs and met for yet another session to assess the treatment.
PM increasingly breathing on his own
The latest positive sign regarding Sharon's physical condition may hold great significance – on Monday, observers raised fears that the prime minister's left side may be paralyzed as a result of damage caused to his right lobe. However, doctors are still cautious and warned that Sharon's progress is slow as a result of the severe trauma he sustained and his advanced age.
In another bit of good news, Sharon also moved his right hand more vigorously Tuesday compared to the slight movements detected Monday. In addition, the prime minister is increasingly breathing on his own, but is still connected to a respirator.
The team of doctors treating Sharon at Hadassah will soon attempt to bring Sharon completely out of deep sedation in order to perform tests aimed at assessing the damages suffered by the PM.
