Poll: 59 percent of Americans support Israel

According to an annual poll conducted by Gallup, 59 percent of Americans support Israel, the highest percent of support since the first Gulf War. The support for the Palestinians, however, has decreased to a low point of 15 percent following Hamas' victory in the Palestinian parliament elections.
