Information released for publication specifies that the Popular Resistance Committees in Gaza were behind the attempt to carry out a terror attack at the Karni crossing last week, which was foiled by Palestinian security forces.
An investigation of the incident revealed that the attempt to carry out the attack was directed by top Hamas officials, among them the head of the movement in the northern Gaza Strip and Ahmed Jabari, one of the top officials of Hamas' military wing in the Gaza Strip.
