University of Haifa gives honorary degree to Czech president

Vaclav Havel, former prime minister of the Czech Republic, received an honorary degree in philosophy from the University of Haifa . During his speech, Havel signaled at events in Iran. "Forces of evil should be treated when they are small, before it is too late.
