VIDEO - Stress management - the fun way: Hundreds of people came on Thursday night to Rabin Square in Tel Aviv for a public pillow fight organized with the use of emails and SMS text messages. Among the participants were parents and children who fought hard against the "enemies" in the square. Gil Sadgat, an IDF soldier said, "I just finished my tour near the security fence and came here to blow off steam. I can channel all the aggressions I have accumulated in the checkpoints. I know many other guys who deal with their aggressions in other ways.” Ruti Lagziel came with her 13 years-old daughter: "We heard about the event and came here. It's a nice event. Perhaps a bit dangerous, but today it's also dangerous to cross the road. You can take out your aggressions here. I brought my daughter so she can blow off steam. I will take out my aggressions on my husband." One of the organizers said, "This year there are no official organizers since the police were not too enthusiastic about last year's event and did not permit us to hold this one. But it was clear to us that many people would come. A few flyers, a little graffiti, some emails and it all works out. You pick a place, advertise, and people show up." Yitzhak Almozlino, 50, said, "My son told me that he received an SMS, so we came to party. It's fun, no worries, no fear. The wife gave us the go ahead and told us to go and have fun while she is having her hair done. I don't care about the World Cup, this is more interesting." His son Yaniv continued: "It's an amazing event. We received a message with the location and we showed up. There is nothing like pillow fight. Instead of wars, governments, Gaza – pillow fight. I wish the whole country would be like this." Golan Miara said as he was holding his son Tomer, "After two weeks of strenuous training we are here. For a week now Tomer and I have had pillow fights to get ready. It's a great idea."
