Yeshiva teacher suspected of molestation
Teacher suspected of having molested yeshiva students, explains: I have hot blood. Police trying to locate victims
A 48-year-old teacher has been arrested on suspicion that he molested students aged 12 to 15 at the yeshiva where he taught.
The man admitted to having performed indecent acts on his pupils. "I did this because I have hot blood I am not calm," he told police.
Police arrested the teacher on Sunday after receiving a complaint from a 20-year-old former student who claimed he was molested at the yeshiva seven years ago.
The Jerusalem Magistrates' Court extended the suspect's remand by four days.
Police have launched an operation to locate other victims.
