Photographer Shlomo Narinsky (1885-1960) took many pictures during his first years in Israel. He sold more than 100 of them to the Jamal Bros. printing company in Jerusalem, which printed sepia-toned postcards of them in 1920 and added English, Hebrew and Arabic captions. More of the photo collection is presented below. We left the captions as they were written, including the mistakes and the explanations which varied from language to language.
