VIDEO - A number of people were injured, one of them seriously and four others lightly, in the Krayot area Wednesday morning when a rocket directly struck a car.
A second rocket hit a building in Carmiel, though no injuries have been reported in that incident.
A brushfire broke out in the Krayot area after a barrage of rockets targeted the area.
In the afternoon hours an additional rocket barrage landed in Maalot and Tiberias, but no damage or injuries were reported.
Earlier, sounds of explosives have also been heard in Nahariya and rocket landings were identified in the Upper Galilee.
Earlier Wednesday morning, a rocket barrage was fired at Israeli territory. Rockets landed in open area in the Tiberias areas without causing injury or damage.

The Safed area also sustained rocket attacks. No injuries were reported there either.
On Tuesday, Daa Abbas, a 15 year-old teenage girl from the village of Mgar, was killed by a direct rocket strike on her home.
Daa was killed while watching television with her mother and 17 year-old brother.
"The missile entered the living room ceiling, struck the floor, and continued straight into the television room and struck her," her uncle, Ahmed Abbas, said.
The war in the north is entering its third week, two weeks after the kidnapping of two IDF soldiers on the northern border.
So far, 24 soldiers and 18 Israeli civilians have been killed.
