Lebanon PM: We won't negotiate until fighting stops
Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora reiterated that Lebanon will not take part in any negotiations until "the Israeli war machine stops spilling the blood of innocent people."
Siniora said that the obvious solution was a ceasefire and an Israeli withdrawal. (Ali Waked)
