Hizbullah senior members involved in kidnapping of soldiers in 2000 killed
Among Hizbullah members killed in fighting with the IDF was Jihad Atiya, responsible for logistics in southern Lebanon. The IDF has the names of 200 Hizbullah members killed during battles.
Atiya was involved in the kidnapping of three IDF soldiers from the Har Dov area in 2000. (Hanan Greenberg)
