Senior IDF officer: Deployment along Litani will take a week
A senior IDF officer reacted to a cabinet decision Wednesday to expand IDF operations in Lebanon and estimated that "an extensive IDF operation to the Litani would take about a week."
According to the officer, the forces would need an additional four to six weeks in order to attain ground control of the area. (Hanan Greenberg)
