Livni to UN: Place embargo on weapons supply to Hizbullah
Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni spoke with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan on attempts to reach a ceasefire agreement in Lebanon. Livni stressed the need to place an effective multi-national force alongside the Lebanese force, should the suggestion by Fuad Sinioria become a leading recommendation.
Livni also stressed the need for an embargo on arms supplies to Hizbullah and other militias. (Ronny Sofer)
