The killed Palestinians have been identified as Ibrahim Nibah and Hani Khashash, who is responsible for the terror attack near the West Bank town of Kedumim, during which a suicide bomber dressed as a Haredi Jew blew himself up in a Israeli car, killing its four passengers.
The sources said three IDF jeeps and a bulldozer surrounded and specifically the home of Ibrahim Niba in the Balata refugee camp, where the two al-Aqsa members were hiding. According to reports, the soldiers did not ask the two to turn themselves in before they proceeded to open fire at the house. Al-Aqsa members said an IDF drone fired a missile toward the house, instantly killing the two group members.
Also on Tuesday, two Border Guard officers were lightly injured in exchanges of fire with Palestinian terror suspects.
IDF troops operating south of Bethlehem arrested two wanted Hamas terror suspects; five suspects were arrested in operation carried out across the West Bank.
