Livni: UN must issue additional resolution to prevent Hizbullah rearmament
Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said during her visit to Denmark that Israel wants the UN Security Council to issue an additional resolution that would prevent Hizbullah rearmament with Iranian weapons.
"The embargo on weapons to Hizbullah must be strengthened," she said. She added that the multinational UN force to deploy in south Lebanon will track activities on the Lebanon-Syria border, because the Lebanese government cannot do this alone. (AFP)
