Peres says release of kidnapped soldiers is first step towards real truce with Lebanon
Vice Premier Shimon Peres told United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan that the release of two Israeli soldiers kidnapped by Hizbullah is the first step towards a permanent solution between Israel and Lebanon.
