Annan to request that Iran and Syria stop transferring arms to Hizbullah
UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said, during his meeting with Vice Premier Shimon Peres, that he will request that all UN member nations comply with the arms embargo on Hizbullah.
According to Annan, he will, first and foremost, appeal to Iran and Syria on this issue. (Attila Somflavi)
