The US House of Representative froze a USD 10 million aid package for Lebanon, accusing Beirut of breaching an arms embargo imposed by United Nations Resolution 1701.
A senior American official told Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora that the funds will be funneled once international troops are positioned along the Syria-Lebanon border. (Yitzhak Benhorin)
