Halutz: Hizbullah upholds truce
At a Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dan Halutz said that a preliminary report from internal investigation committees on IDF conduct in Lebanon would be ready by the end of October, with the intention of completing all investigations by December.
He added that “Hizbullah is upholding the cease fire in the north,” and that Hizbullah members were not carrying weapons or wearing uniforms. (Ilan Marciano)
