Life sentences handed down to man who murdered 4 Palestinians

Jerusalem District Court sentenced four life sentences to Asher Weisgan, found guilty of murdering four Palestinian workers who worked in the aluminum factory at Shiloh in August 2005. He was sentenced with an additional 12 years for attempted murder.

Weisgan – resident of the settlement Shvut Rachel and father of two – claimed that he carried out this heinous act in a bid to stop the disengagement and with the thought that his actions would encourage others to follow suit. (Aviram Zino)
