Report: IDF kills 2 Palestinians
While conducting overnight raids, IDF soldiers shot and killed Palestinian laying explosives near Nablus. In Gaza, Palestinian sources say troops opened fire towards youth nearing Erez Crossing
Palestinian sources in Nablus reported that IDF forces shot to death a Palestinian citizen in the al-Ain refugee camp overnight Wednesday. Sources in Gaza reported the another Palestinian youth was killed by IDF soldiers, apparently after approaching the Erez Crossing.
The IDF said force conducts overnight raids to capture wanted suspects at the al-Ain and Balata refugee camps as well as within the city of Nablus.
During the raids, forces identified a Palestinian attempting to plan an explosive device. They opened fire on the perpetrators and confirmed that he was hit.
In an earlier incident, a Palestinian youth was killed in the northern Gaza Strip by IDF gunfire. Palestinian sources in the Strip reported that soldiers opened fire towards the youth after he approached the Erez Crossing area opposite Beit Hanoun. According to soldiers, the youth was killed on the spot.
In a shooting incident Tuesday morning, another Palestinian youth was killed. IDF forces opened fire towards two armed Palestinians who were approaching forces operating in the Dahaniya area of southern Gaza.
Four gunmen were hit by IDF gunfire on Monday east of Beit Hanoun.
