Concept Marketing, a franchiser of popular denim company Lee Cooper, has announced its intention to expand its business, hoping to operate 100 stores in Eastern Europe by the end of 2007.

Concept currently operates 38 stores in Ukraine, Serbia and Bulgaria. New sites will include Hungry and Slovakia. Concept's international operations are currently led by their Romanian efforts, with Concept holding 55 percent of the company's stock.

The remaining stock belongs to Ronen Haliva, who acts as CEO for the German branch of the company.

Sales for 2006 stand at NIS 240 million (USD 56.5 million) compared to NIS 170mil (USD 40 million) in 2003.
