Ahmadinejad wants to intimidate Israel, not destroy it
Iran's president is no fool. This Persian despises us and he is taking advantage of the conflict to buy new friends in the region, because he knows that his intimidation will create hysteria in Israel and spark moderate anger in the Arab world.
When the Iranians get hold of the Gulf, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the large oil reserves they will ally with Russia, who is once again dreaming of its own empire. Together they will set out to beat a West that is immersed in self deception.
America will withdraw from Iraq, so that the good Americans can pat each other on the back; Jordan will fall, and Iraq will become Persian and all its people will continue killing each other to the satisfaction of the Persians who have not forgotten that they lost millions in the war with Iraq. Next, a Persian empire will rise, as in the past.
Muslims have a memory, contrary to us who don't care about time. They know that time is a natural element and that we shall transcend it. They are waiting. Patience is part of their nature. The war currently raging in Iraq and destined to rage here as well is only chaotic on the surface.
Religion, no God
Ahmadinejad is counting time quietly and intelligently. He has a religion, but he has no God. He remembers the war with Iraq and he is waiting to annex the majority of Iraq to his Shiite state. He is fooling everyone. He is toppling Lebanon, setting his sights on Syria, playing in Gaza and allowing Israelis to fool themselves that he wants to touch Israel.
He will not touch Israel. He will continue looking for a pretext via Hizbullah and Hamas and through the naturally ingrained Jewish fear. He knows that if he touches Israel, Israel would destroy his cities. It's not worth his while. He wants to intimidate Israel, not to destroy it.
Meanwhile, everyone keeps bowing to the new power, because he will have the economic power and along with the Russians and North Koreans he will try to establish a new world whose capital will be Babylon (Teheran). We've been there, but again we fail to understand the situation, and that's why we'll be there again.
