Hebron police has released Yifat Elkobi, the Jewish settler accused of assaulting a Palestinian woman in Hebron, under restricted limitations.
Elkobi was filmed while cursing a Palestinian woman in Hebron. According to the police, she is suspected of being involved in a number of other assault incidents. (Efrat Weiss)
