Palestinian convert accused of aiding Jihad activist

The Haifa District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment at the Haifa District Court Thursday against Asaf Ben David, also known as Husam Suafta, for conspiring with the enemy, and having contact with a foreign agent.
Ben David, a Palestinian who converted to Judaism and was granted Israeli citizenship, was accused of having contact with his brother, an Islamic Jihad activist, and attempting to purchase nitrous acid for him, which would be used in the preparation of explosives. (Ahiya Raved)
