Archeologists say works far from Temple Mount
Yuval Baruch, a Jerusalem district archeologist said that the reinforcement works at the Mugrabi hill are nowhere near the Temple Mount. "This is false information," said Baruch at a press conference organized by the Israeli Antiquities Authority on Tuesday near the site in question.
Baruch further said that the Antiquities Authority is the only body allowed to conduct this type of work and that the current works are in line with global excavation guidelines. (Efrat Weiss)
