IDF: Hever custody claims will be examined
An IDF official said a Syrian group’s claim to have custody of missing Israeli soldier Guy Hever would be examined, as was all information that arose in the past regarding the soldier’s whereabouts.
Officials noted that in that past various other groups claimed responsibility for his kidnapping, and thus the matter should be considered with the proper skepticism until reliable and accurate information is acquired. (Hanan Greenberg)
