Iraqi security forces raid Sunni lawmaker's home

Iraqi security forces raided the home of a prominent Sunni lawmaker earlier this month, seized four vehicles, confiscated weapons and detained seven suspects, an Iraqi military spokesman said on Sunday.

Brig. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi said the cars taken from the home of Dhafer al-Ani, a key member of the Iraqi Accordance Front, had traces of explosives. (AP)
