Islamic Jihad explosives expert killed, 18 wounded in Gaza

The Islamic Jihad member killed earlier today by an explosion in Gaza's Shati refugee camp was a senior explosives expert. 18 other Palestinians were wounded in the blast.

Sources in Islamic Jihad accused Israel of responsibility for the explosion, saying that Israeli pilotless aircraft were observed in the area at the time. But it seems likely that the event was caused by a "work accident." (Ali Waked)
