19 Hamas members arrested for planning attack on Pesach
It was cleared for publication that Shin Bet and IDF forces arrested 19 Hamas members in Qalqilya under suspicion of planning to blow up a car bomb carrying 220 lbs of explosives in Tel Aviv over the Passover holiday.
Investigations revealed that the suicide bomber carried an Israeli ID and was already in Israel but returned to Qalqilya for unknown reasons, when the car bomb accidentally exploded. (Hanan Greenberg)
