Three Palestinian men were killed and several others were injured in exchanges of fire with Border Guard police officers in a village near the West Bank city of Jenin.
The IDF reported that the men killed were Islamic Jihad gunmen, and that one of them had been wanted by Israel for a long time. (Efrat Weiss and Ali Waked)
