The Knesset approved a bill to extend the maternity leave in Israel from 12 to 14 weeks in an unprecedented vote of 95-0.
The bill was submitted by MKs Nadi Hilou and Shelly Yacimovich of Labor and MK Dov Khenin of Hadash. (Amnon Meranda)
