(VIDEO) The brand and the woman arrives in Israel to receive an award from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design

VIDEO - Donna Karan arrived in Israel last week as a guest of the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. The renowned designer was awarded the prestigious title of “Honorary Fellow” on the occasion of the college's annual meeting of the International Board of Governors. The Fellowship was presented at a Gala Event, Thursday evening in Tel Aviv.

Honorary Fellows of the college are individuals who have left a significant mark in various fields, such as science, art, design, culture, education, business and politics. Former honorees of this prestigious award are Hans Stern, Professor David Samuel OBE, Lord Sieff and Alber Elbaz. Last Year’s Honorary Fellows were Vice Premier Shimon Peres, Suzy Menkes, fashion reporter for the International Herald Tribune and Silvia Venturini Fendi.

 

At the gala, Karan exhibited some impressive dance moves in the arms of one of the guests:
