Jerry Seinfeld is scheduled to visit Israel
in November to promote the new animated film, "Bee Movie."
The animated comedy, produced by DreamWorks, will debut in Israel on November 29. Seinfeld, who wrote, produced the movie, stars in the film alongside Renée Zellweger, John Goodman, Chris Rock, Matthew Broderick and others.
The movie tells the story of a male bee (dubbed by Jerry Seinfeld) who graduated college and is disgruntled by the fact that his only option is to manufacture honey. The bee hangs out in New York City where he befriends a flower salesgirl.
Dorit Yishai, who is in charge of the distribution of the movie in Israel, met with Seinfeld in Los Angeles.
"He came up with idea to come to Israel and was happy about the opportunity to do so," she said.
