Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh called on delegates from Fatah and Hamas Tuesday evening, to discuss the escalating situation in the Gaza strip .
Palestinian sources say Haniyeh is hoping to reach a viable cease fire between the two parties, after the last two agreement failed. (Ali Waked)
