EU says can restart Serbia talks

The European Commission can restart frozen talks on an association agreement with Serbia because it is now showing it wants to fully cooperate with the Hague war crimes tribunal, the EU executive said on Friday.
"The Commission assesses that Serbia has now demonstrated clear commitment to full cooperation with the ICTY," EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said in a statement of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. (Reuters)
