Bin Laden alive and well, Taliban leader says
The brother of a slain Taliban leader said he had received a letter from al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden after the killing of his brother in May.
"He is alive, active and well," Haji Mansour Daddulah, a Taliban militant leader, told Al Jazeera television. "He sent me a letter of condolences after the martyrdom of my brother Mullah Daddulah." (Reuters)
