Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said on Thursday evening that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' dismissal of the unity government has no legal standing since any transition government would be based on the current one.
"Abbas sent us a delegate but as we were talking we were surprised to learn that he had decided to dismiss the government, it is obvious that the decision was made due to American pressure," said Abu Zuhri. (Ali Waked)
