Negev Bedouins assist African refugees
None
The IDF arrested more than 40 African refugees who crossed the border from Egypt into Israel, and transferred them to an industrial zone near Beer Sheva. Members of the Bedouin al-Azazme tribe who reside nearby provided the refugees with food, water and milk for the babies.
Most of the refugees are Sudanese citizens, but some are Eritrean and Ivory Coast nationals. (Anat Beresehkovsky)
