Hamas official: Hamas government is only legitimate rule
Khalil el-Khaya, a senior Hamas member in the Gaza Strip, said that the Hamas government intended to continue assuming its responsibilities as the legal government in the Strip.
He stated that the Hamas government is an interim government, but is the only legitimate government in the Authority. "We will not let anyone take away our responsibilities," he said. (Ali Waked)
