Israeli President Moshe Katsav is negotiating a plea bargain over charges including taking bribes, sexual harassament of several female workers and one count of rape, the Justice Ministry said Wednesday.
Channel 10 TV reported that the rape charge will be dropped in exchange for guilty pleas to lesser counts. (Aviram Zino)
