Hamas: Blair cannot be man of peace in Mideast
Hamas denounced the Quartet's decision to appoint former Prime Minister of Britain, Tony Blair, representative of the Quartet in the Middle East.
"Blair, who supported the American invasion to Iraq and Afghanistan, cannot be a man of peace. He will not work to protect the interests of the Palestinians, but will defend the Israeli occupation," said Hamas spokesman. (AFP)
