Fighter jets scrambled to Russian plane nearing Israel
Israel Air Force fighter jests were scrambled to a Russian passenger plane as it was nearing Israel, this after the plane’s pilots reported of suspicious behavior on the part of a number of passengers on board.
The plane was eventually cleared for landing at Ben Gurion Airport after a security check. (Hanan Greenberg)
