Prosecution: Sentence extreme rightist to 6 months in prison
The Jerusalem District Prosecutor’s Office told the capital’s magistrates court that it will recommend sentencing right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir to six months in prison for waving signs reading, “Expel the Arab enemy” and “Arab Knesset members – fifth column”
Ben Gvir said in response “the same prosecution that reached a plea bargain with Moshe Katsav is trying to silence me”. (Efrat Weiss)
