Tornado kills 7 in eastern China

A tornado in eastern China killed seven people and injured 93, Xinhua news agency reported on Wednesday, the latest toll from bad weather that has devastated parts of the country this summer.
The tornado hit three villages around Tianchang in rural Anhui province, on Tuesday, destroying more than 100 houses, the report said. The bodies of seven people were found in the rubble. (Reuters)
