Security reality on northern border has changed, Northern Command chief says
"The security reality along Israel's northern border has changed," Northern Command chief Gadi Eisenkot has said.
"The threats exist, but IDF soldiers are operating continuously to thwart the enemy's intentions, prevent civilians and soldier from getting hurt and maintaining a state of calm in northern Israel," Eisenkot said at the opening of a photograph exhibition at the Ziv Medical Center in Safed.
