Talks with Iran on Iraq not expected Monday - US

A second round of talks between Iran and the United States on Iraqi security was not expected to

take place in Baghdad on Monday, a US Embassy official in the Iraqi capital said on Sunday.

Iran's Hamshahri newspaper earlier quoted an unidentified Iranian official as saying that the new round of talks, to follow rare dialogue between the two arch rivals in May, would occur on Monday. (Reuters)
