Report: Mossad played role in Libya's release of Bulgarian nurses

None

General Kircho Kirov, the head of Bulgaria's intelligence agency, has said that the intelligence agencies of some 20 countries, including Israel's Mossad, cooperated to secure the release of five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor accused by Libya of infecting some 500 children with AIDS.

Speaking to the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper, Kirov said the agencies created the right atmosphere for their release by establishing contact with sources inside and outside Libya. (Roee Nahmias)
