Olmert: All Sderot schools are fortified according to home front command
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert visited a Ramla elementary school to mark the opening of the school year Sunday and said that the government will do everything to ensure the safety of the teachers and students in Sderot.
"We will build 13 new schools in Sderot. I can say that even today, all the schools in Sderot, except maybe for one wing, are fortified according to the Home Front Command's instructions. We worry about the safety of our children and teachers everywhere and certainly in a place like Sderot in light of the danger we will do everything necessary for them," Olmert said. (Eli Senyor)
