Syrian opposition planning 'civil rebellion' against Assad

The Syrian opposition is working to bring about a regime change using non-violent means, leaders of the National Salvation Front umbrella organization announced Tuesday, at the conclusion of a conference in Berlin.
"We have a plan of action that will bring the Syrian people to a state of 'civil rebellion', that will bring about a change of leadership in a democratic and non-violent way," they published in a statement.
