IAF sends fighter jets to Israeli-Syrian border

The Israel Air Force sent fighter jets to the Israeli-Syrian border Thursday, after Syrian aircraft were detected flying over the area.
After determining that the Syrian aircrafts were not engaged in hostile activity, the IAF jets proceeded to return to their base safely. Sending IAF jets after abnormal aerial activity over Israel's border is a standard operating procedure in the IDF. (Hagai Einav)
